Supporting Adults with a range of Diverse and Complex Needs

At Ellora Care we provide support to adults aged 18 to 64 who have a range of complex needs, including:

• Learning Disabilities (LD)
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Mental Health conditions (MH)

We support individuals who may present with behaviours that challenge, have dual diagnoses, or have experienced difficulties maintaining stable placements in the past. Our service is designed for people who require a consistent, structured, and therapeutic environment to promote independence and improve overall well-being.

Our support is tailored to individuals who:

• Can require up to 24/7 care and supervision in a supported living setting
• Are eligible for support under the Care Act 2014
• May be in transition from residential care, hospital settings, or family homes
• Have a desire to develop independent living skills within a safe and supportive environment
• May require positive behaviour support (PBS) approaches or enhanced care planning

We accept referrals from local authorities, NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and adult social care teams. Every individual we support is assessed holistically to ensure we can safely, compassionately, and effectively meet their needs.
