Our Story
Ellora Care was born from a shared vision to provide more than just care and to offer a foundation for people to live with meaning, autonomy, and dignity. Founded by a team with lived experience and deep professional insight, Ellora Care was created in response to the urgent need for supported living services that are truly person-centred, consistent, and grounded in compassion. Our aim is to reimagine supported living: where individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Mental health needs are not only supported, but empowered to thrive.

Our Approach to Care
Our approach is holistic, person-centred, and focused on long-term outcomes. We start by listening and understanding the unique preferences, goals, and challenges of each person we support. From there, we develop tailored support plans that promote skills development, emotional well-being, community engagement, and meaningful daily routines.
We specialise in supporting adults aged 18–64 with complex or high support needs, including those with dual diagnoses or behaviours that challenge.
Through structured, therapeutic environments and consistent staffing, we create the stability needed for people to flourish.
